The problem:

A living space in need of revitalising with soft furnishings & colour to enhance the space.

The solution:

The solution was a room in a boxx accessorising/staging design package.

The design focused on adding texture and bright colours to a dark room.  Selections of bright soft furnishings were used to compliment existing furniture.  A mixture of Red plaid wool, Mustard silk Douppion and silk/linen striped Chocolate cushions were used to add richness and warmth to the space enhanced by a sumptuous Dusky Pink faux fur throw to compliment the new colour scheme.  A bright Pink drum lampshade was used to finish the look; overall the Room in a boxx accessorising solutions has updated furnishings and given this space more of a modern feel.

A dated, 2 bed flat encompassing, Living/dining room, Kitchen and bathroom.  Decorated throughout with Magnolia painted wood chip wallpaper, dark carpets to bedrooms and hallway, lack of efficient lighting, mix of furnishings, many dated.

The solution:

To transform the space into a contemporary living space with dark, warm wooden flooring providing a practical flooring solution, whilst linking the zones together.  Removal of wallpaper and dado rails to introduce a mix of timeless and versatile White textured wall paper enhanced by a vibrant Lime pallet, to provide additional light and texture, enlivening and making the space feel more dynamic.   To blend new appliances and furnishings, including an eclectic mix of soft furnishings to compliment the zones.
