We hope that you are satisfied with the products you have received. However, if you have received a faulty item, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. Please note that we usually deliver our Room In A Boxx interior accessorising design packages by courier, which varies from our standard delivery for other products. This means that the returns process will differ for these two types of products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, any used items are non-refundable. In addition, Gift Cards and Gift vouchers are also non-refundable.
At Room In A Boxx we want to offer the best possible service. We only ask that goods are unused and in perfect condition (including product packaging). Unfortunately we are unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit on return to us. We recommend that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. You may wish to send the goods Recorded Delivery. Unfortunately we are only able to refund the original delivery charge or the return postage, if you have been sent an item that is found to be faulty.
In the event that a returned item is not fully re-saleable, we will consider the overall condition of the item and its packaging before making a refund to you. Delivery charges are not included in any refunds we make to you.
Please note that 'items made to order ' for goods produced at your request have a cancellation charge if you no longer require items pre-ordered and items made to order are non-refundable. Unfortunately we are also unable to refund damaged goods. To make the returns process easier we've provided details of the procedure on the rear of your delivery note.
Please ensure any items for refund are returned to us at Room In A Boxx within 28 days of receipt. We also suggest that you confirm your intention to return your items in the post to us within 21 days of receipt.

Once all items have been returned to us we will be happy to offer you a refund or replacement according to your requirements, providing that they are in an unused condition. At Room In A Boxx we always try to do our very best to ensure that our customers receive a satisfactory service, however if we have made a mistake in the order, we'll also refund the delivery charge.
We'll let you know as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you. This will be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
